All March of Dimes Signature Chefs events will be held virtually this year. While we may not be together in person, we rely on your continued support to provide innovative programs and services for moms, moms-to-be and babies who may be at a greater risk of becoming sick and not receiving proper or equitable care.
The chefs, volunteers and guests who make up our Signature Chefs Events community are coming together in new, innovative ways to suport moms and babies this year.
We are following state mandated guidelines in response to COVID-19 and will not have an in-person event this year. So, we are preparing an exciting, new Virtual Gala for your 2020 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction experience!

Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
For the past 18 years, the best chefs in southwest Indiana come together and each prepares a signature dish for you to tour while socializing and networking with others and browsing and bidding during the silent auction. The exciting live auction caps-off the evening with unique epicurean experiences and items that always brings the crowd to life with bidding competitions. The key ingredient is you and we hope you can join us for an evening of fine dining, top notch company and bid on choice items in silent and live auctions. On that night, we are pleased to honor Heather L. Schroeder, MD. March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction is open to the public. Tickets are $75 per person, $150 per couple, or $1,250 for a corporate table of 10. This is a ticketless event. Your name and/or company’s name will be at the registration desk. Interested parties may purchase tickets by cash, check, Credit Card.
Fund the Mission Every year, more than 21 million babies worldwide are born prematurely or with a serious birth defect. More than 4 million will die before their 5th birthday. Your generous donation will help the March of Dimes researchers continue their mission to find a cure. Any contribution amount is accepted. 100% tax deductible. The Martin Family Story We are truly honored to be this year’s March of Dimes Ambassador Family. Our pregnancy journeys have been high risk and represent all that March of Dimes stands for as an organization. Our first daughter Margo was born at 32 weeks after I spent eight weeks on hospital bed rest. Due to many preventative measures, all researched by March of Dimes, our sweet girl only spent four weeks in the NICU. It was an emotional road, but today Margo is a healthy and thriving 4 1/2 year old. Our second pregnancy was our almost term success story! Again with many medical interventions, our daughter Bridgette was delivered at just under 37 weeks. She was spunky from day one and completely healthy, spending no time in the NICU. Currently, we are expecting Baby Martin number 3. Yet again, we are faced with a challenging pregnancy filled with bed rest and medications. Although our days are challenging right now, we have the most confidence in our doctor, Dr. Leinenbach and have unwavering faith in the lord. Our appreciation for March of Dimes and all they do for mothers and their babies is at an all-time high.
