All March of Dimes Signature Chefs events will be held virtually this year. While we may not be together in person, we rely on your continued support to provide innovative programs and services for moms, moms-to-be and babies who may be at a greater risk of becoming sick and not receiving proper or equitable care.
The chefs, volunteers and guests who make up our Signature Chefs Events community are coming together in new, innovative ways to suport moms and babies this year.
We are following state mandated guidelines in response to COVID-19 and will not have an in-person event this year. So, we are preparing an exciting, new Virtual Gala for your 2020 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction experience!

Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
Join us for Western New York's BEST dining event, a unique and exciting pairing of the BEST local chefs and wines. Guests will have the chance to watch, compete with, or judge, the food created by three local chefs in the BEST Iron Chef Competition. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on priceless silent and live auction packages, followed by March of Dimes WNY Market honoring local NICU nurses during our evening program. Steven and Kelly Grieco have three, "million dollar, miracle babies". Five-year-old Vinny, who was born at 31 weeks weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, along with three-year-old twins, Gabby and Izzy, who were born at 25 weeks weighing 1 pound, 9 ounces and 1 pound, 8 ounces, respectively. Vinny spent 5 weeks in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and was dubbed the silent spitter. While Gabby spent 105 days in both Sisters of Charity Hospital of Buffalo and Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo and twin sister Izzy spent 99 days in Sister of Charity Hospital of Buffalo. Despite battling feeding issues, reflux, apneas, eye surgery, heart conditions and other issues linked to prematurity, all three kids show little to no signs of their early struggles.
