All March of Dimes Signature Chefs events will be held virtually this year. While we may not be together in person, we rely on your continued support to provide innovative programs and services for moms, moms-to-be and babies who may be at a greater risk of becoming sick and not receiving proper or equitable care.
The chefs, volunteers and guests who make up our Signature Chefs Events community are coming together in new, innovative ways to suport moms and babies this year.
We are following state mandated guidelines in response to COVID-19 and will not have an in-person event this year. So, we are preparing an exciting, new Virtual Gala for your 2020 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction experience!

Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
Join us for 2017 Spartanburg Signature Chefs Auction, as Spartanburg's finest culinary talent come to support the March of Dimes. Dubbed the Tastiest Ticket in Town, the Signature Chefs Auction is a high profile cocktail gala that pays tribute to the culinary excellence of our prominent chefs, while raising money to imporve the health of babies. From your arrival at the event you will enjoy the chance to taste the chef's creations while bidding on the Silent and Super Silent Auction packages, before taking your seats for the Live Auction and Fund the Mission. Enjoy the evening with your friends, while you bid on our unique packages, and raise your paddle to Fund the Mission and give generously to save babies.

Pre-Event Reception (6:00PM-7:00PM) - culinary students from Daniel Morgan, RD Anderson and Swofford will compete for Best Taste, with the help of your votes. Come early to taste their creations before the ballroom opens at 6:30PM. Pre-Event Reception will be held in the Pre-Function space outside of the Ballroom.
2017 is starting off with a great Celebrity Chef panel. The Celebrity Chefs are paired with our participating Restaurant Chefs, and tasked with helping their chef win votes from attendees for our chef awards. The awards our chefs are vying for are Best Taste and Best Presentation. Meet the Adcock triplets - after being born 12 weeks early, the triplets recently reached a HUGE milestone. They celebrated their first birthday on March 31, 2017. Every year more than 15 million babies are born prematurely; a million will die before their first birthday as a result.
