UTEC is in the heart of downtown Lowell at 35 Warren Street. There is a parking garage with affordable rates one block away and also nearby street parking, which is free evenings Monday - Saturday.

Upon arrival, please check-in or purchase your tickets at the UTEC Cafe. From there, you may head up to the Main Hall to enjoy a fun evening of food, music and networking in support of March of Dimes and healthy moms and babies.

All March of Dimes Signature Chefs events will be held virtually this year. While we may not be together in person, we rely on your continued support to provide innovative programs and services for moms, moms-to-be and babies who may be at a greater risk of becoming sick and not receiving proper or equitable care.

The chefs, volunteers and guests who make up our Signature Chefs Events community are coming together in new, innovative ways to suport moms and babies this year.

We are following state mandated guidelines in response to COVID-19 and will not have an in-person event this year. So, we are preparing an exciting, new Virtual Gala for your 2020 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction experience!

We need your help now more than ever. Your support funds:

  • COVID-19 interventions and support for moms and babies
  • Programs that promote health equity for moms and babies and directly combat racial disparities in maternal and child health
  • Free virtual NICU support program for families
  • Virtual prenatal programs for moms-to-be
  • Educational programs, including live Facebook panel discussions, to get info into the hands of moms and families
  • Necessary supplies for expectant mothers including blood pressure cuffs and masks and so much more!

About Thursday Night Live with the March of Dimes

Thursday Night Live with the March of Dimes is a Signature Chefs Auction that brings together young professionals, corporate sponsors and community members in support of the March of Dimes. Enjoy live music by Martin and Kelly, some of Merrimack Valley’s finest culinary talent, a spectacular auction and more, while raising funds to improve the health of all moms and babies.

The 2019 Citizen of the Year Award is presented each year to honor local community members who exemplify an extraordinary level of care and deep dedication to improving the quality of life in Greater Lowell and are shining examples of excellence and fortitude in our community.

This year, March of Dimes is proud to recognize Jon Boswell, Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions at UMass Lowell Athletics as our 2019 honoree for his long-term dedication and commitment to March of Dimes in the Merrimack Valley.
