All March of Dimes Signature Chefs events will be held virtually this year. While we may not be together in person, we rely on your continued support to provide innovative programs and services for moms, moms-to-be and babies who may be at a greater risk of becoming sick and not receiving proper or equitable care.
The chefs, volunteers and guests who make up our Signature Chefs Events community are coming together in new, innovative ways to suport moms and babies this year.
We are following state mandated guidelines in response to COVID-19 and will not have an in-person event this year. So, we are preparing an exciting, new Virtual Gala for your 2020 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction experience!

Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your gift helps the March of Dimes fund research, education, advocacy and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.
Join us for one of Syracuse's most unique and exciting dining events! The premise of this event is simple – pair local farmers with local chefs. Not only is this an exciting fundraiser for the March of Dimes, it’s also a way to create sustainable relationships with local farmers and chefs. The farm to table initiative is important to the March of Dimes to further our mission of promoting healthy eating for moms-to-be! The evening will bring together a variety of culinary delights, priceless auction packages, and a great cause – babies! We are pleased to announce that we will recognize Welch Allyn as our Honoree at our Signature Chefs Auction. We will also present our Distinguished Service Awards to Tanya Mazurkiewicz and Chef Steve Landon for their ongoing support of the CNY March of Dimes and the Signature Chefs Auction. General Admission Ticket are available for $100. 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Registration, Sampling Stations, Silent Auction, Cash Bar 7:30 p.m - 9:00 p.m. Evening Program, Live Auction, Fund the Mission Upon arrival, please park in the Oncenter Parking Garage. Your parking will be validated thanks to Lamacchia Honda, our parking sponsor. You will receive a voucher at registration. Musical entertainment will be provided by The Bog Brothers. Welch & Co. Meet the 2017 Central New York Ambassador Family - The LaValley Family The LaValley Trio:Lainie, Marnie, and Stevie were born at 30 weeks, 10 weeks premature. After years of infertility, Rebecca and her husband were very excited for their new bundles of joy, but were also fearful of the challenges prematurity could cause. Stevie, Marnie and Lainie spent 6 weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where they learned to breathe, eat and regulate their body temperate – things that come naturally to full term babies. The family endured a long journey, but now at 3.5 years old, the girls are strong and healthy! The LaValley Family is joining in the fight against prematurity so that more families can experience the joy of their children’s first birthday.
