MEET OUR EVENT CHAIR DONNA CHRISTIAN-LOWE "THE QUEEN CONNECTOR"
Donna Christian – Lowe, HRD is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of MSi Professional Services Group, LLC, a triple-certified (DBE, MBE, SWMBE) Human Resource and Workforce Development firm headquartered in Downtown Chattanooga, TN. MSi provides quality Human Resources and Workforce Development services to clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Donna has served in her current position with MSi for almost eight years. MSi's professional services include Workforce Management, Full Cycle Talent Management (Staffing, Contract, Direct Placement), Payroll Services, Training & Development, Onboarding and Retention, and Marketing, Media, and Social Media Management. Donna’s education, experience, and dedication to the Human Resources profession are evident in her continual development, coaching, teaching, and advocacy for the field.
Donna is an energetic and dynamic leader with human resources experience spanning healthcare, logistics, government, manufacturing, dentistry, accounting, finance, and more. She has partnered with stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels of organizations across the USA and is known for her ability to bring people together and achieve results. Donna has been on radio airwaves and TV for ten years and was recently voted the 2023 and 2024 “Favorite Chattanoogan" in the WDEF Viewer’s Choice Awards. She was also voted the 2023 and 2024 “Best of The Best: Favorite Radio Personality” and “Best Chattanoogan.” Donna was named the 2024-2026 Board Chairman for Tennessee Youth Courts and is the current President of ATD Chattanooga (Association for Talent Development, Chattanooga Chapter). Donna was recognized as a Chattanooga Trailblazer by The City of Chattanooga and supporting organizations for her grassroots efforts with schools, communities, and the underserved.
